D'Urville Island Sailing Holiday Package

Explore this remote area where the only access is by boat or air for the few holiday bachs and farms that exist there. A rugged and remote place with steep cliff faces, luscious bush and winding natural waterways offering protective anchorages, D’Urville Island is a truly unique and special place.

This personalized private tour allows you the best of great fishing, diving, snorkeling, bush, and farm walks in this peaceful isolation. 

Depart Nelson for Greville Harbour, Port Hardy, Catherine Cove, Croisilles Harbour and finally returning to Nelson.  Itinerary may be altered to suit the weather and those on board.

Pricing (whole boat). With these packages save up to 25% on the usual daily rate: 

Pricing for up to 8 people on Te Harinui.  6 people pricing is for 3 cabins, 7+ people is for 4 cabins. Includes Skipper, fuel, bedding & linen, basic pantry stores, use of yacht’s inventory including stand up paddle boards, Kayak, snorkeling & fishing equipment, dinghy, and outboard motor.

These tours are self-catered. Plan to bring along your own food and beverages. You will have use of the well-equipped galley (kitchen), including basic pantry supplies, tea & coffee, and deck BBQ. Please note it is customary that you provide the skippers meals during your stay.

Trips depart Nelson waterfront.  Meeting time 9 am on Day 1 and returning 5 pm on Day 5.
