A fun filled tour of the Abel Tasman National Park coastline aboard a comfortable cruising catamaran. The tour starts from Kaiteriteri Bay with a scenic sailing cruise north close to the Abel Tasman coastline. Expect to see secluded coves, golden sand beaches, pristine clear waters and native wildlife. With a full day charter you have time to explore the many tidal lagoons, stop and enjoy one of the many secluded beaches, or stretch your legs with a small walk in the national park.

Half Day Southern Highlights

A tour of the southern Abel Tasman National Park coastline aboard a comfortable cruising catamaran. Enjoy 4 hours on the water combining sailing" and sightseeing with a beach stop & plenty of relaxing. This tour starts and finishes at our base in Kaiteriteri Bay, a popular resort bay just south of the National Park. Beginning with a scenic sailing cruise north close to the Abel Tasman coastline. Along the way expect to see secluded coves, golden sand beaches, pristine clear waters and native wildlife. Stop at Adele Island bird sanctuary and Paradise beach on Fisherman Island. While sailing back you will learn about the Abel Tasman National Park, its history, features and highlights, and stop at the famous Split Apple Rock for photos.

Full Day Northern Highlights Charter

Sailing Sunshine & Sea Breezes. A historic tour of the northern National Park coastline this tour starts and finishes from the beachfront in Awaroa for clients staying at Awaroa Lodge, a popular resort at the northern end of the Abel Tasman.
Start the day with a scenic sailing cruise north close to the rugged natural coastline to Separation Point. We stop here to visit the Fur Seal colony before sailing into Golden Bay.
Along the way expect to see secluded coves, golden sand beaches, pristine clear waters and native wildlife. We stop at historic Taupo beach for lunch. The afternoon offers exciting fast sailing (up to 20 knots) for the return trip... lots of fun to be had here! Stop at Totaranui Bay to see some of the oldest Beech forest in the National Park then the graceful Eagle Rays basking in the shallow waters of Awaroa estuary. Wow... what a day! Return to the comfort of Awaroa Lodge around 4:00pm.
